the story is like this: i was using streamyx all this while and even after i moved to Tiara. then my housemates wanted to share unifi..so we went through a lot hardship to get it installed in my house. Fine. Knowing them, i specifically asked my housemate to ask them how to terminate my streamyx and do i have to pay for the remaining tenure and smartly they told her "nope, no penalty because it is upgrade to Unifi and nope, no need to do anything, they will auto-cancel for me on their side".......
trusting them is a wrong decision. after enjoying and paying my unifi, they sent me a bill for the months that im using unifi and im like 'wth, why there are stil charges for streamyx when im already using unifi?"
after calling here and there (do you believe it if i tell you, i called streamyx they asked to call unifi because it is not their problem, when i called unifi they said call streamyx because they should cancel it for me) so i blew up and start scolding. they are one freaking company and yet this is the service they gave me.
so finally, i went to TMPOINT to settle it for once and all. they finally can give me some answer but asking me to terminate it right there and then. and it is stated on the termination form in capital "WAIVE THE CHARGES FROM UNIFI DATE"
AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT FOR THE LAST BILING. (red biling is supposed to be the last)

i called up and checked but unable because it was terminated. so i went to TMPOINT again.
again, they direct me here and there. one counter to one counter, i feel like i can become story-teller already. keep repeating the story.
with this, they ensure me that everything will be waived.
and i just need to refer back to this, if anything went wrong again..
p.s: streamyx ah or unifi ah, or tm ah, can you guys please do your work properly a. i cant keep taking off and runs to tmpoint to settle problem arised from your inability to work properly
if only maxis doesnt required to drill holes at people house, i would have used that.
ps: and i go to one of the subsidiary company's university...shame on you people.
update 25.1.2013: i received an email from tm saying they received my complaints and will proceed with the 'rebate'...
