For as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another." These words remind us of the sin of pride and the importance of our relationship one to another."

who are you to come and call me and scolded/dissed me for something like this. im often disgusted with this so called professionals that they can talk to other people in a mean way trying to make it sound like they are in higher position than others. Mr, please be reminded that the documents are standard for everyone to sign. if you dont like the fact that the guarantee will only be paid to you at the end of the term, then dont buy. if you dont like the fact that you have to fork money to pay the installment first, then dont buy. (btw, which property people actually you give you money to pay for YOUR installment?) if you dont like the fact that you have to give Specific PA for this matter, dont buy. as simple as that.
