두부 두부 (dubu dubu) restaurant

Location: Ground floor, mid valley

 

My thoughts: heard a lot people telling me that this is a nice place and the food is good. So all of sudden, i was craving for some kimchi, despite having a packet of 2kg kimchi in my fridge, i went to try this.

When i saw the menu, i was not thrilled. Lack of selections but we went on ordering, 순두부찌개 (tofu stew) and i forgot whats mine.some kimchi chicken..the stew wasnt good but the chicken is ok. And the 반찬 (side dishes) is totally bleh..and rm2 for additional side dish..what a bummer.

But the ginger tea is worth a try. Overall i think is overrated and for some reason it was crowded and people keep coming in.....hmmm why though.

I will give 3/5 marks only for the MSG stew
