trend vs satisfaction

trend = following others or majority
satisfaction = a feel of enjoyment or contentment

recently i was debating whether or not to get an iphone. a secondhand iphone that i could get on a cheap price. and some people has been wondering why i want a second-hand iphone. what makes me kinda pissed off is that this person suggested/commented to another person that i wanted an iphone at all cost because im now meeting with "boss-level" people thus i need to be on par with them..

let me get this straight. im not a person without identity.or so i claimed. it is easier to explain it this way. trend and satisfaction. i know a lot, when i said a lot, i really mean A LOT people that get an iphone just because it is iphone..no need extra reason. basically, following the trend. come on, this is a familiar scene, u walked in a restarant/cafe and practically everyone is holding an iphone. what make them different??? the casing...

what makes you different when you takes this phone among the hundred that uses the same phone...you just mixes in, that all...worse, you drowned in it..no doubt, this is phone is 'geng' for the lack of words..i know and i understand, everyone was is still talking about it.honestly i was tempted by it too but only because of the well established itunes and the application. no more and no less. but i really dont like using the same thing people are using..seriously.

look the phone below. it has 4-inch LCD screen, super amoled LED and come on, it can play mp3 as your ringtones....what else better that??? it is plain dumb to pick up your phone when other people using the same ringtone that you are using because iphone cant customize ringtone...and it is stylish..hey, im just speaking my mind. feel free to disagree and im not, i repeat I AM NOT promoting samsung as if they are paying me to do so.i just PLAIN IN LOVE with it..
i dont give a second look at whoever using iphone because it is everywhere but i do give second, third and fourt look at someone using galaxy s..you cant miss it because it was freaking stylish..

i didnt said trend doesnt give you the satisfaction. some people do enjoy being in the spotlight. being in trend, being in the crowd, feel belong is their satisfaction. what can i say to that, right??but that definitely not me. my satisfaction??? having something that is so good to myself that i dont freaking care if no one knows about it..best example, my omnia..how many of it heard about it? how many people actually have seen it, beside me using it?? but then it is still the best damn phone out there..like seriously..most of the pic i took it is all using my omnia..

beside the crack at the side, im actually reluctant to change it..but then it is time to move on :P

so please please dont put me in the same categories as those who is using iphone...i may be caught off hand with an iphone, you never know but just know this. as much i love galaxy s, i need the application to be working and android is not the answer, not now...so i might just grab an iphone for the sake of the itunes, provided if i can get it off the shelf cheap...
