Foetus and baby found as dumping cases rise

MALACCA: The outrageous acts of dumping new-born babies and foetuses continue with new cases reported here and in Terengganu.

A police forensic team from Malacca had to rummage through a dumpsite to find the remains of a foetus after a student had disposed it.

In Terengganu, a policeman found a new-born baby boy alive outside the gate of his home in Seberang Takir.

Other developments:

> So far this year, 66 babies, including 25 girls and 15 foetuses, were dumped.

> Retired Court of Appeal judge Datuk Mahadev Shankar comments on the reaction to the Government’s proposal to classify baby dumping, that leads to the death of babies, as a crime that warrants the death sentence.

if you didnt know or too busy to know or you just didnt read the newspaper, this have been happening for a few days whereby the headline would be such cases..newborn baby/foetus was dumped or left somewhere by the parents a.k.a murderer...

it has been decided that such irresponsible people will be classified as murderer under section 309A of the Penal Code which im too lazy to explain even though i learned it back in university. polls has been conducted by the same newspaper to see what the nation's reaction to it..honestly speaking i agreed to it..yes, i agreed for them to be charged as murder, or at least get them charged with culpable homicide. i seriously do not understand what is in their brain, what make them have the heart to just toss the baby away...arent them were together for 9 months?? in that 9 months what the mother has been doing??? dont they have any feeling for the baby that they have carried for freaking 9 months in their womb??

why bother getting pregnant and then give birth just to toss the baby aside like they are some kind of rubbish???? come on, you and me, we aint 12. we know what mostly lead to all this. unwanted pregnancies, probably poverty..then why bother have sex without protection??? god, even if you got pregnant and you dont want the baby, go for abortion....again, should have guess it..underage, so they cant go for abortion openly in the gynae...this make me even infuriated, why on earth you have sex in the first place when you are underage???? in any situation, there is always someone who can help you especially the NGOs that has been working so hard to protect all parties involved in adoption. give the baby to someone who can and CARE to love them..baby hatch is the best example...

this irresponsible people are even worse than the beast. the beast even know who to nurture their baby and care for them. protect them from enemy. beast or animals that we human labeled them as 'brainless, stupid, cant think, has no feeling' can do better than such people. so what should we labeled this people??? i cant think of one..i dont even know who to blame now. the person doing it or the person that give birth to such person or the person who supposed to teaches them in school....the blame goes to society in general..all the influence from the media, the peer...

gosh, if you have watched some of the youtube video posted on the fb, you will shake your head in disagreement..unless you are guy, you might get excited or whatever. but generally just ..........
there is video of girl stripping, there is video of girl being stripped, there is video of girl being groped openly...and there is dumb people who recorded it and uploaded it as if it is a medal for winner..

how long this has to go on, nobody knows...the headline can be covered but the stat cant..it will on keep going up.something must be done..something that is effective instead all talks. education? maybe. counseling maybe but not effective. maybe it is a good effort to come as 1Malaysia to curb this instead of using it as slogan by the political figure...btw there is a good effort by the local malaysian artist in curbing all this..the lyric is speaking exactly the right of the baby that yet seen the world..one minute in this world and they felt the cruelty of this world...
