OLIVE OIL...

i know, i know..sorry to my BFF for not naming you guys but then the 'Best Friend of the Lifetime' goes to you guys so don;t be jealous...

im not gonna intro what is olive oil..go wikipedia & you'll get everything about it there from the market to the history..

whenever i mentioned that i'm using olive oil as part of my skincare product, everyone around me goes like 'ewww...' or 'are you serious'..mainly because of the smell of this olive oil especially those pure oil without any chemical product that you get from grocery shop where people usually used it for cookin..but those are the best..very effective, cheap & 101 benefits..

im gonna share some of the benefits & advises that i myself currently practising by using this olive oil..

1. for softer & naturally pinkish lips..im one those who have blackish lip[totally not because im smoking okay??] so i asked a beautician & she suggested me to get dab some olive oil on the lip then rub & scrub it lightly...result definitely softer lip but then not sure about the pinkish part coz i din reli always do that..

2. as hand & leg's moisterizer..one of my friend told me that using body lotion will caused the hair on hands & leg to grow longer thus im scared. im already very feeling low for the fact that i have hair grown on my hands & legs..thus i changed to using olive oil..put that on your hands & legs after hot bath especially after night bath..you might dun want to put in during the day if you wanted to go out because it has a strange smell..unless you don't mind the smell..oh ya dun overdose or else you'll look like just coming out from a deep frying pan..pour a little will do unless at night.but it does seeps into the skin very fast..

3. feet massage..after one whole day in high heels or after a party, the feets is definitely killing & it is all sore...pour some to your feet and massage it before sleep...trust me the pain goes away the next day and of course it feel so soft & the whole feet relaxed so much the next day..those who have a cracked feet can use this too after bath..make sure you wash your feet cleanly after washing your laundry [this is only for those who hand-washing..definitely not applicable to those who used washing machine] then dried your feet with towel then apply the oil on the cracked area..

4. medication for sensitive skin or irritattion.. i have a sensitive skin due to some reason, whenever my skin is exposed to dirty water or dust, it will become itchy..even some random shower cream provided by hotel will also caused the itch..one day i cant find my lotion so i rubbed some olive on it & voila the itch stopped..

this are a few olive oils benefits but there are actually more..& i've done some research online on it..

1. it can be used to heal soreness and inflamation to private part but remember to clean it first before applying the oil.

2. it also can be used as body moisterizer as it has antioxidants that can retain the beauty of our skin, heal skin disease and also make it firmer & tighter. if the smell is too much for you, mix it with some essential oil or body oil.

3. applies it on place like tummy and buttock to prevent sagging.

4. it is a safe and natural lubricant for shave..

5. mix it with some warm water & soak your fingers in before manicure. it will strengthen the cuticle.

6. comb some through the hair to control the hair frizz..

7. to free the stuck zipper..just swap some to the teeth and gently pull it..

8. remove makeup..rub some under the eye, cheecks, and forehead then wipe with damp cloth.

9. remove paint from skin..

10. shoe polish

11. personal lubricant

12. cure diaper rash..

isnt it great?? it is cheaper than any other thing & yet it is natural & comes with so many uses...

but i understand that many really can't stand the smell..so what i suggest it, nowadays many skincare products company came out with a lot variety of products that consist of olive oil..

personal favourite: Olive Shower Gel from Bodyshop..

i feel like im doin advertisement for bodyshop..haha but i seriously love this..it smells so good and the skin feel so soft after bath..but the price is a bit err..expensive for a small bottle like that.so what i do is that i only used when i have occasion to have to smoothe skin..the rest of times i just use regular shower gel..
