trip to ESPANA ♥ day 1

after long-awaited for this post, finally i have time to sit down and go through the pictures to blog..
but then i actually have tutorials, assignment and midterms to work on.
now that im on midterm break, slacked a little bit wont hurt
since i've abandoned my bloggie for some time

Day 1



this is how Madrid looks like..not bluish la.this is because it is taken inside the bus

anyway, this is the side of the palace..



Royal Palace
which is called as Palacio Real de Madrid



Almudena Cathedral
which is opposite the Royal Palace.
after visiting the palace, we proceed our journey to Toledo.
an old town of Spain with extensive cultural and monumental heritage.
it is declared as world heritage site by the UNESCO.
something like our Malacca.



this is something that very magnificent.
the whole town is built on the mountain.
like a dwarf house.

of course this is not the whole Toledo.

end of the tour for day 1.
i actually fall in love with Toledo.
it has this ancient feel to it.
if i can choose, i will choose to live here.
everything seems to slow down here.
so peaceful, so pretty.
and all of sudden, if you need a civilization feel,
just drive 1hr and you will reach Madrid.
convenient, yes.very.
actually we did went another place when we back to Madrid
but it is just a normal square where people gather.
nothing much.
