D.I.E

someone told me one of the way to cure my insomnia is either

1. cut down caffeine..meaning no coffee, no tea...
2. meditate
3.exercise
4. sleeping pill

and some other which i dun remember anymore..tea is impossible for me to cut down as im a big fan of chinese tea and of course my "teh o ais limau"..

then someone said i cant meditate because i will be easily "kena rasuk"...wth??haha..that;s because i have a good imagination and thinking ahead of everything ability...

of course, pill is a big no-no...im still young to depend on pill..

so i opted for exercise..and guess what i landed myself to??
Y.O.G.A...yes,u read it right..yoga...but seriously after a few class, i start to doubt myself can i really finish the course that i signed up..freaking 3 month, 4 class per week...

right now my arm muscle hurting like hell...but i love pilates class because it can train my stomach muscle which equal to slimming...haha......no energy to post more..

ta..

p/s: sleep is extra good now that at 12am like that i already hit the snooze button...because im over exhausted... :P

  1. morning,i jus woke up.yesterday zz 1 hr only,so today after work 6pm zz till now.brain feel blur n float.
